Excellent!!! Front end was shaking on my car. Went to three shops, couldn't fix the problem. Finally I found out my wheel was bent, the entire side of the wheel is why I didn't see it. Had to have been a pot hole. I called Wheel-Tek, ask if he could do to now. He said come on, I was there, I'm guessing 45 minutes and he had my wheel ready to go. Fixed and balanced. Would definitely recommend Wheel-Tek if you have a damaged wheel.

I am visiting Memphis from Texas and unfortunately I hit a pothole that dented my rim and put a bubble in my tire. Discount Tire recommended Wheel - Tek, so I called and spoke with Troy and explained my situation and that I was trying to head back to Texas tomorrow. He told me to bring him my car and within an hour of my arrival he had my rim straightened out and looking brand new. If you have a rim problem, Troy is your guy. He is quick, does quality work and he’s very professional. I would recommend Wheel - Tek to anyone in need of rim repair. Thanks Troy!

Troy at Wheel-Tek of DeSoto is the guy you want to work with if you have curb rash. He provided great customer service and workmanship! When I tell you that he made the curb rash fully disappear as well as color matched my satin black wheels with perfection, I’m not lying! I don’t know what sorcery he’s working with in his shop but I love it. I haven’t gotten to the best part, the price. He quoted me $75 below what other shops were asking! I will mention that he works on a first come first serve basis so if you need something in a rush you’d best look for someone else. If your looking for quality and friendliness, call Troy!

I had a chance to visit yesterday with Troy and Billy when I dropped a vehicle off for repair. They do a lot of work for Gossett and the quality of the work is outstanding. When I asked about the repairs, Troy took me on a quick tour of the shop and explained the repair and refinish process. Very impressive!! If you need wheel repair or refinishing, I highly recommend the professionals at Wheel-Tek!!

These guys did a great job! I have stock wheels and got them painted black. It’s been about 4 months since the initial paint job. This shop is pricey for a 4 wheel paint job and there just aren’t many shops in Memphis but they’re very professional. I mean I could have bought one of those cheap spray on paint but by going the professional route you get the Entire wheel painted which makes a huge difference when looking at it up close. I was indecisive on the black gloss vs satin black since I have a glossy red exterior already. If you’re in between like I was the black gloss is the best. Not overly glossy and they never look dirty. Think the process took 3 days and I left my car with them for a week since I was out of town. They said they even re did the finish after the fact, since it could have been better. Not quite sure if they Actually did or not, maybe they should have a video on the process because I wasn’t equipped to tell the difference. Either way great job, pricey but it’s going to be on your car for the life of it so I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Memphis to paint my wheels
